Putting American small business back at the center of the economy.
A nation of builders, again.
From a family farm, to the floor of the U.S. Senate, to the agency that backs America's job creators, Kelly's work has always come back to one belief: if you're not serving, you're not leading.
Kelly's story
The titles changed: entrepreneur, senator, administrator. The goal never did. Build something real, and make it work for the people doing the building.

Raised on a family farm and the first in the family to attend college, Kelly spent nearly three decades in business. She helped grow Intercontinental Exchange from a startup to a Fortune 500 company, then founded Bakkt as its CEO.

Appointed to the United States Senate from Georgia, Kelly brought a business owner's eye for results into public office, and never stopped believing that leadership is measured by who you serve.

As Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration, Kelly leads the agency behind America's 34 million small businesses: the engine of the economy and the heart of every community.
Kelly Today
The agenda is simple and it's underway: make it easier to build in America, get capital to the entrepreneurs who earn it, and run the agency itself like the businesses it serves.
Rebuilding U.S. manufacturing and supply chains, and standing up a new Office of Manufacturing and Trade to back the small manufacturers who make most of what America builds.
Expanding access to SBA-backed loans and investment so that confidence to hire, reinvest, and expand reaches every Main Street, not just the biggest players.
Cutting red tape, rooting out fraud, and modernizing the agency, so every dollar reaches the entrepreneurs it was meant for.
